Homemade Organic Chicken, Sweet Potato, and Carrot Puree

This puree is jam-packed with iron and fibre. Chicken is an amazing food for iron and sweet potatoes and carrots are high in fibre.

Ingredients:
  1. 1 organic cooked boneless/skinless chicken thigh
  2. 1 organic sweet potato
  3. 1 organic carrot
  4. Plain boiled water (do not use the cooking water as carrots can lead to nitrate exposure)

Directions:
  1. Prepare the chicken thigh. Click recipe to see how.
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potato and carrot into small cubes.
  3. Steam until tender about 20 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken is ready combine the sweet potato and carrot into the same blender or food processer and puree.
  5. Slowly add the water and puree until you have reached the desired consistency.
